1. Service Description

AIJobWise ("the Platform") provides AI career assessment, AI Transition Academy learning courses, AI tools directory, and industry insights services. By using the Platform, you agree to all terms of this agreement.

2. User Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal career information
  • Not use the Platform for illegal activities
  • Not attack or abuse the Platform
  • Respect the rights of other users

3. Paid Services & Payment

The Platform offers the following paid content:

  • Full AI Career Assessment Report (currently priced at $2.99 USD), including detailed analysis, transition recommendations, and action plans
  • Payment is processed through third-party platform LemonSqueezy, supporting credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. WeChat Pay and Alipay are not supported
  • Digital content is non-refundable once purchased and delivered. Please make full use of the free assessment preview before purchasing
  • Prices may change at any time; purchased content is not affected by price changes
  • Learning courses are currently free for a limited time; users will be notified in advance of any future pricing changes

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is protected by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to:

  • Course content, text, design, and code
  • AI-generated assessment report content (generated based on user input; users may use it for personal purposes)
  • No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the Platform's original content without permission

5. Courses & Learning

Course chapters 1-3 are free to access. Chapters 4-5 are unlocked for free after completing the AI career assessment. Learning progress is stored locally in your browser; clearing browser data will reset your progress and unlock status. Course content is for personal learning only and may not be redistributed or used commercially.

6. Service Changes & Interruptions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services when necessary. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure.

7. Agreement Changes

We may update this agreement from time to time. Major changes will be communicated via platform announcements. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operates. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
